Control Core was founded from a clear and pressing realization: the traditional approaches to access control were failing to keep pace with the complexities of modern digital business. Our founders, seasoned experts in enterprise solutions and cloud infrastructure, repeatedly encountered a persistent and debilitating challenge across diverse industries and platforms: organizations were struggling with fragmented, inflexible, and insufficient authorization mechanisms.

Engineering resources were drained on permission management, auditing was a nightmare, agility was missing, regulatory compliance was not met to its entirety, and business owners relied on a long process to get minuscule changes to their services. To add more pain to the businesses, customers were found to abuse their access to services by credential sharing, cyber attack forensics revealing over-permissioned resources across internal and third-party workforce.

The solutions available were piecemeal, manual, or simply not intelligent enough to adapt to the dynamic, relationship-driven, and behavioral nuances of real-world access scenarios.

Our founders envisioned a new paradigm: an intelligent Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) platform that could centralize, automate, and dynamically enforce granular permissions across all digital assets and identities, regardless of complexity or industry.

Control Core was born from this vision – a commitment to transform authorization from a reactive bottleneck into a proactive, strategic enabler for secure, scalable, and innovative businesses. We built Control Core to put comprehensive, adaptive control back into the hands of security & IAM leaders, eliminating the pervasive access challenges that hinder growth and expose risk. And we aim to make the adoption super simple by intelligent policy generation and no-code deployments.
